A production side project I designed, built, and launched across web and iOS, bringing personalized image generation, editing, upscaling, and video into one experience.

I built asynchronous workflows that coordinate LoRA training and generation across model providers, along with authentication, subscriptions, credits, and queue management.

I own the full product lifecycle, from architecture and AWS infrastructure to Stripe payments, privacy controls, App Store delivery, and customer support. I direct AI-assisted engineering with Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor, with responsibility for architecture, security, and code quality.

Engineering milestones

  • $1.2M in annual operating savings: led six engineers while coding alongside them to migrate four production Java/Spring Boot applications to a new data center. Delivered in 10 months, two months ahead of the deadline.
  • Three monoliths rebuilt as 15 microservices: contributed hands-on within a 25-engineer team over 15 months, rebuilding with Spring Boot and React on AWS ECS behind elastic load balancing. Improved availability by 8% and cut average deployment time by more than two hours.
  • 168 analyst-hours saved weekly: independently fixed recurring backend rule mismatches behind failed and stuck transactions through Java/Spring Boot changes and Oracle SQL updates over three years, reducing up to $2.8M in monthly financial risk.
  • 72+ vulnerabilities remediated across five applications in 2026: used Snyk to identify issues, made most code and dependency fixes hands-on, and led seven engineers on the remaining work. Passed the security audit within remediation SLAs while maintaining release velocity and service stability.
  • Build features, APIs, and system integrations; translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs and production-ready code. Own unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code review, debugging, and release validation.

Technical leadership & delivery

  • Raised successful production installations from 65% to 98% over 32 months by redesigning release-management and corrective-action processes.
  • Increased deployment cadence from one to 3–4 releases per month through backlog readiness, testing discipline, and cross-team planning.
  • Coordinate scope, schedules, dependencies, and release readiness across three Agile teams and 21 engineers in a 60+ person US–India organization supporting five enterprise applications.
  • Create technical documentation, onboarding materials, and training for junior engineers and new team members.
